Meet Dr. Steven Berkowitz

Periodontist

Dr. Berkowitz completed undergraduate studies at Townson University, and he earned his doctor of dental surgery from the University of Maryland at Baltimore. Following his general dentistry degree, Dr. Berkowitz continued at UMB earning a masters in periodontics. As part of his dedication to lifelong learning, Dr. Berkowitz maintains memberships in the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Periodontics, and the Academy of Osseointegration. The Northeast Society of Periodontics and the International College of Dentists have both honored him with awards for his achievement.

Outside of the office, Dr. Berkowitz is happily married with four children. He enjoys playing tennis and guitar in his free time.
